↠ By commissionning me, you agree to have read and accepted my terms of service. Please read them carefully. ↞
✦ GENERAL ✦
· I have the right to decline a project or client for any reason.
· I have the right to fully refund you if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
· I have the right to use your commission as an art example or to post it in my gallery.
· You may repost my art if proper credit is given :
- Instagram ; Twitter ; Artfol @ will_o_wasp
- Toyhou.se @ will-o-wasp
- Link one of the accounts mentionned above on other platforms!
· You may NOT claim your commission (or any of my artworks) as your own.
· You may NOT use your commission (or any of my artworks) to make profit. (NFTs, selling merch, etc.)
· You may NOT use your commission (or any of my artworks) in AI generators.
· You may NOT edit or change your commission (or any of my artworks) without my permission.
· You may NOT trace over your commission (or any of my artworks) in any way.
· You may NOT remove my watermark for any reason.
✦ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ✦
· All prices are in EURO (€) and all payments are made through Paypal. Be mindful of currency conversions.
· Full payment UPFRONT via invoice is required. I will ask that you give me the email address linked to your Paypal account and I will initiate the transaction.
· I will not accept payment made through a Paypal account that is not yours, unless I have written proof that this person allows you to use their account.
· We may discuss SHORT-TERM payment plans. I will not start working on your commission until I've received 100% of the payment.
· Once the invoice is sent, you will have 24h to make the transaction, otherwise the commission will be cancelled.
· I can fully refund you if I have not finished the sketch.
· Once we have validated the sketch, there will be NO REFUNDS.
· If you cancel a project after we validated the sketch and before it is finished, you do NOT own the artwork.
· If I cancel a project, I will fully refund you.
✦ schedule ; deadlines ✦
· I may take up to 3 days to answer your initial order inquiry. If I still haven't answered by then, feel free to message
me again, or to message me on another platform. (I am not always notified of new messages, although I check regularly...)
· You may ask for a deadline, prior to payment. I have the right to decline a project or ask for an additional fee, if the deadline is too short.
· I may take up to 2 months to turn around the final artwork. I reserve myself the right to take up to three weeks to begin working on your project, and four to show you a first WIP (work-in-progress). The turn around time may vary depending on my schedule and health.
· If you did not alert me of a deadline, you must NOT send me reminders UNTIL this four weeks period has passed. All reminders sent during this time will be ignored. No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated.
· I will contact you if I am unable to finish your commission on time or if there are any delay!
✦ references ; what i will/can draw (or not) ✦
· A clear reference or picture is required. I may ask for an additional fee or decline the project if the reference you provide isn't clear enough, or if I have to make up most of the design myself.
· You may NOT commission me artwork of a character that is not yours, unless you have the written permission of their owner to do so.
· Feel free to provide as many references and details as needed if you have a specific idea of what you'd like me to draw! (Poses, expressions, props, palettes,...) References include but are not limited to : pictures, doodles (even stick-figure ones!), moodboards,
a specific song you'd have in mind,... A brief description of the character's personality is always appreciated!
· If you do not specify any details, I will take artistic freedom and draw something I will estimate accurate and fitting.
· What I WILL draw : humans/humanoids ; animals (feral/anthropomorphic) ; complex clothing ; simple mecha ; props
· Ask me about it : fandoms ; NSFW (gore/nudity) ; fantasy creatures/monsters
→ The answer will depend on my ability or comfort to draw these subjects. I may require an additional fee to draw certain things.
· What I WILL NOT draw : hate-speech, art that may harm someone ; pro-ship art (pedophilic, incestuous, zoophilic)
✦ revisions ; feedback ✦
· I will send you a first WIP of the sketch as a .jpg file by email or DM, during the four weeks period mentionned above.
.I will ask you to provide genuine feedback, so that we can discuss any changes that could need to be made.
· Up to TWO major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments WITHIN REASON
can be made afterwards.
→ Major revisions include completely redoing the pose, drawing another outfit, etc.
→ Do not hesitate to ask me to change things at this stage of the commission! I want you to like the final product,
and I'd rather change everything at this point than turn around an artwork you will end up not liking!
· I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time afterwards.
· After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my
fault (for example I overlooked details provided in the order). Any other minor modification will require an additional fee.
· Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments. Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
→ Make sure you give me every information I could need to make an artwork to your liking before it comes to that..!
